Butter Blend (%50 MF) is a mixed blend of vegetable oil and milk fat and is a premium alternative for Food Service Operators seeking to replace pure butter in their recipes. This product is recommended for general cooking, sauteing, cream preparation, and for various baking applications (cake, brioche, soft buns and biscuits).

Note: Butter Blends may be customized on demand to contain a lower proportion of milk fat.
